Reservation Policies

Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 P.M. on the day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability at the time of the modification inquiry. Modifications to any reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. Check-In/Incidentals

Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Valid identification is required at check-in. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. A government issued ID, credit or debit card will be required to check-in. Downstream Casino Resort will authorize your card for the total amount of your stay plus an additional $100 for any anticipated charges/incidentals. At check-out, any unused pre-authorized funds will be released by the hotel. Dependent on your credit card company / financial institution policies, please understand that it may take up to 30 days after your departure for the funds to be returned to your account.

Cash Payment

If you wish to pay in cash, you will need to provide a credit or debit card for any anticipated charges/incidentals for $100. Cash payments will be paid in full at the time of check-in. We will not accept cash payments for anticipated charges / incidentals.

Parking Options

There are no additional charges for parking in our self-park lot. We also offer complimentary Valet parking for all Hotel Guests. When entering the property, please follow signage to valet and pull up to any of the two lanes labeled valet. Complimentary valet is subject to availability.

Room Requests

Requests are noted in each reservation. However, these are not guaranteed and will be honored based on availability.

Smoking

The hotel is a non-smoking facility. Guests violating the non-smoking policy will be responsible for a smoking fee of $250.

Safety

For the safety of our guests, weapons and firearms are prohibited on the premises.

Pets

Our hotel has a no pets policy.
