Arrival

We want to provide you with the best, most relaxing spa experience possible. To avoid feeling rushed and to allow plenty of time to unwind and change, please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You may also use this time to enjoy our Warming Rooms (saunas), a complimentary service for booking your appointment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, and are left to the discretion of the guest. If you are extremely satisfied with your service, you may wish to leave a gratuity.

Attire

You may wear whatever is most comfortable for you; however, we do recommend removing your jewelry before your spa experience. We provide a robe and slippers upon arrival for your service.

Reservations & Cancellations

We encourage our guests to call in advance to secure an appointment time with us. We require a credit card to reserve any appointments. Group reservations require a 48-hour advance notice to ensure that we can accommodate your party.

If you need to cancel, please honor our 24-hour advance notice policy to avoid charges. If you are running late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed, and the full value of your service will apply. We thank you in advance for booking with us and honoring our reservation policies.

Selecting a Treatment

We are committed to offering services that provide you with maximum comfort and relaxation, and we are here to cater to your well-being in the best way possible. When booking a spa treatment, we recommend informing us about any special needs, medical conditions (including pregnancy, injury or recent surgery) or allergies that you may have. We can also recommend treatments and services that will meet your needs and concerns.

Staff Recommendations

If you’d like to request a therapist by name or gender preference, please mention it at the time of booking your service. We also gladly provide consultations before booking a service, as well as provide a recap of any products used during your treatments.

Prices

Prices and services may change without notice. Please call us to ask about new services and treatments, as well as our monthly specials. Q Club members receive a spa discount based on card level, when presenting the Q Club Card.

Age Requirements

In order to receive services at Née Spa, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Service Enhancements & Add-Ons

Customize your experience with our massage and facial enhancements and facial add-ons. Enhancements are built into your service time and will not extend your scheduled spa service. Facial add-ons will extend your service time.
