Downstream Casino Resort Re-introduces Spring River Buffet

Quapaw— November 6, 2023 —Downstream Casino Resort has re-introduced Spring River Buffet with a completely revamped menu, including tableside bread service, cooked to order steak for lunch and dinner, and prime rib every evening, all for newly reduced prices. “We are thrilled to roll out our new menus in November,” said Executive Chef Ashley Stafford. “Cooking steaks to order has added an exciting new element to the buffet experience.”

Spring River Buffet will continue to offer specialty weekend menus, BBQ on Friday evenings, brunch on Saturday and Sunday, and a very special seafood and prime rib menu for dinner on Saturday. “Our new Experience Q Club card is designed to give guests discounts at our venues whether or not they choose to play,” said Christian McDaniel, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications. “With a free Experience card, even the weekend buffet is less than $20 per person.”

Product, all you can eat crab legs will be available for an additional $30 or add a lobster tail for $18 on Friday and Saturday evenings. Spring River Buffet is located inside Downstream Casino Resort, south of Joplin off I-44, Exit 1.
